I had the privilege of meeting Mark last October at Park run in Chelmsford. I was in a really dark place walking park run for the first time and we got chatting as we walked round and found we also had a lot in common in our personal lives. We stayed in contact and regularly met at park run and for coffee in the week and Mark really lifted my spirits and put things into perspective with his positive approach to life. He made a big impact on my life and I am really thankful for all he has done and to have had the pleasure of him being a friend of mine.
