We knew each other from school and were altar servers together at church. I always loved Mark's no nonsense, "say it the way it is' approach to life. When Mark got back in touch a few years ago he was always making me laugh with his cheeky comments about what I was up to on Facebook. When I moved back to Chelmsford we would meet up and I was so happy for him when he met Carol. He was so stoical with everything he went through with the cancer and I shall miss him a lot.
